Trujet flight from Kadapa to Gannavaram from May 3

Trujet is all set to operate three flights a week from Kadapa to Vijayawada from May 3. The inaugural fare will be Rs. 999 plus taxes.

“Trujet is providing air connectivity within Andhra Pradesh, covering under-served and un-served routes,” V. Umesh, Managing Director of Turbo Megha Airways Private Ltd., said on Sunday.

Kadapa to Vijayawada, Tirupati and Hyderabad

“With this, we are connecting Kadapa to three cities — Vijayawada, Tirupati, and Hyderabad. We have an inaugural sale offer of Rs. 999 plus taxes till today (Sunday) for travel on these sectors,” Mr. Umesh said. Trujet’s Kadapa-Tirupati service is the only flight on the sector. Apart from providing direct flights, Trujet is also providing connectivity from Kadapa (via Hyderabad) to Goa and Rajahmundry, he said.

Trujet is also providing connectivity from Kadapa (via Hyderabad) to Goa and Rajahmundry, he said. Flight No. 2T306 will leave Vijayawada at 1.35 p.m. on Tuesday and reach Kadapa at 2.40 p.m.

The Kadapa-Vijayawada flight would be operated every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Mr. Umesh said. In the return journey, the flight would take off at Kadapa at 3.05 p.m. and reach Vijayawada at 4.10 p.m.

The airways is already operating flights from Kadapa to Tirupati on four days in a week from Friday to Monday. Flight No. 2T305 would leave Kadapa at 11.35 a.m. and reach Tirupati at 12.20 p.m.

Trujet, a regional air carrier headquartered in Hyderabad, is connecting important business and religious destinations.

With a fleet of ATR-72 aircraft, Trujet is currently operating to 10 destinations, including Aurangabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kadapa, Hyderabad, Goa, Nagpur, Rajahmundry, Tirupati, and Vijayawada, Mr. Umesh said.

Trujet is the only airline to operate on the Hyderabad-Nagpur-Hyderabad, Vijayawada-Kadapa-Vijayawada, and Hyderabad-Aurangabad routes, Aurangabad being the gateway to the popular temple city Shirdi.
